The User Data section of the Basis Web Application is the area where you can change the settings for your account.
From your profile you can change your picture, the name associated with your account and your current city.
In the account section you can click the orange links to change the email address or password that you use to access your Basis account.
The calibration section is used to gather the personal information that is required for the Basis band to gather accurate data about your daily activities. This is also the area of your account where you can set your account’s local time zone.
Note: Please be sure to enter accurate information. Entering the wrong birth date, gender, height or weight can affect how many calories your Basis thinks you are burning, as well as throw off some of the other algorithms. This information is private and can only be seen by you.
In the notifications section you can choose what types of events trigger an e-mail to you from Basis.
In the device section you will see information about the Basis band that is connected to your account. This includes the model, serial number, firmware version and the last time the band was synced with your account.
If you wish to use your Facebook credentials to log in to your Basis account, you can create that link in this section by clicking the orange ‘Connect to Facebook’ link.
