How to Sync

Please note: currently, we do not support Bluetooth syncing with a computer. The only way to sync with your computer is with the USB cradle.

Open the Basis Sync desktop client and sign in to your account.

While the program is running, plug your Basis band into the USB cradle. The band will automatically begin to sync. You can tell when the band is in the middle of syncing when your see the heart icon animate a rippling effect.

If something should prevent your sync from completing successfully, you can also initiate a manual sync. To do this, open the Basis Sync menu by clicking the heart icon.


Click on ‘Sync Now’ to start a manual sync.

Please note: Avoid syncing multiple times in a short period of time as this could cause syncing problems. If you try to sync twice within one minute, you will receive an error message. If you receive an error message, please wait at least 15 minutes before attempting to sync again to ensure an optimal experience.
