Service Shutdown Information We are shutting down service for all devices and apps on December 31 2016. We have issued a safety recall for the Peak and are offering refunds for all Peak and B1 devices and accessories.

Attention Basis Customers:

Your safety is our top priority. We have recalled the Basis Peak device. In addition, we ended service for all of our devices (including the Basis B1) and apps on January 1, 2017.

While Peak is the only device affected by the recall we are offering refunds for all Peak and B1 devices and accessories. To return your device for a full refund, please click here.

Basis Data:

As all Basis services have been shut down, data export for Basis accounts is no longer available.

If you exported your data prior to January 1, 2017, information about the files can be found in the FAQ below, as well as in the other support articles located in this section.

FAQ:

How can I open the files?

The .CSV files are best opened in a spreadsheet application, such as Excel.

How can I create reports with this data? Are there any applications that can help me create them?

Reports and graphs can be created using a spreadsheet application, such as Excel.

We also have created a section in our Community Forums where users can get together and share ideas on how to best utilize their Basis data.

Note: Unfortunately, the Basis Community forums are only in English. 

Will this data be compatible if Basis makes a new wearable device?

We don’t have any news to share on upcoming Basis Science products at this time.
